Hongyan Lu won the Global Entrepreneur Startup Competition organized by Asia Center of MS&E, Department of Management Science & Engineering, at Stanford University in 2013, and received a Stanford Startup Program certificate from Stanford University. Hongyan participated in the 8th Chun-Hui Cup Chinese Overseas Postgraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Silicon Valley in September 2013, organized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and won the honorary certificate and the trophy of the competition.

 

Hongyan was awarded a Master of Science degree from the University of Surrey in 2003. Hongyan's Human Resource Management was ranked first in the management class at the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom in 2002. The University of Surrey was ranked fourth in the Guardian's UK Universities League Table 2016.

Hongyan Lu has many years of experience in management innovation and entrepreneurship across industries and fields.  Analyzed and applied strategic management concepts and analytical techniques from various disciplines. Responsible for team building, strategic management, pre-financing operations, project feasibility evaluation, market capacity calculation, and niche market analysis. Also analyzed cutting-edge information, adopted flexible scientific management policies, adjusted and upgraded business models according to science and technology, finance, business dynamics, local conditions, domestic and foreign policy changes and other information.
